		<description>Sorry you had such a rough bout Dave.  I don&#039;t think I&#039;ve ever done business with Qwest and certainly never will (especially after reading your account).  In some ways this actually makes sense.  They are so busy having gigantic shares of their business swallowed whole by FIOS, Comcast and VOIP that they can&#039;t be bothered to attend to actually running their current business effectively.  The day and age of monolithic service providers like Qwest has, for the most part, come and gone.  I hope they finally do the right thing here.</description>
